Consultation

Whether you're bringing us in to host on stage or produce your entire event, we'll get to know your company, your brand, and all your key people, as well as understand what you want the event to achieve.

If we're producing the event, we'll discuss the location, topic and budget, and work with you to draw up a list of the elements you want to include and who you will need to make them a reality.

Research

During our meticulous pre-event planning meetings, we will research your company, your products, your speakers and your key personalities in order to draw up a running order and an impactful script for the event.

As producers, this is when we'd get the audio-visual and staging teams on board and start booking external contributors like entertainers and photographers, who will bring your event to life.

Scripts

We can prepare a script for the event or work with one that you provide; including all the important information you want to get across to your audience and working to a timed running order that will ensure nothing overruns.

Rehearsals

The rehearsal process involves several stages, from MC and speaker content practice to full technical run-throughs in the actual venue. ​

As hosts, we will spend the final days leading up to the event mastering our content and delivery of introductions and links.

As producers, we can support your keynote speakers during their rehearsals, 

helping them with voice projection and stage presence, ensuring their speech fits within the allotted time and supporting them in their practice with notes, cues and visual aids.​

Live Event!

It's the day of the event! Relax, because we will have everything in hand as the hosts of the show; introducing the day, bringing on the speakers, delivering important housekeeping information and taking questions from the audience.

If you have brought us on as producers, we will coordinate all the teams so that everything runs to schedule and everyone knows where they need to be!
